ARE YOU THE ONE WE'RE LOOKING FOR? 

We are looking for a great new team member with talent, a sense of humour and a lively personality to join our team as a Hospitality Hero. You are responsible for every aspect of the hotel operation together with the Hotel Manager and the Operations Manager. Your middle name is hospitality and you love to spread good vibes.

SO, WHERE DO YOU COME IN?

The first thing our guests see is your happy face and your beaming smile.

Besides just smiling, there are a few other things you’ll be responsible for:

  • You administer front office tasks like check-ins, check-outs and administration stuff;
  • You handle complaints and technical issues and other stuff as they occur;
  • You provide our guests with information in a fun and friendly way - tell them about the nice places to explore in the city, the newest bars and your favourite spots;
  • You make sure every hotel and long stay guest feels at ease;
  • You love responsibility and handle stressful peak periods like a pro.

GOT THE SKILLS?

  • Affinity with our hospitality concept;
  • You’re social, motivated and flexible;
  • You’re pro-active and you take initiative;
  • You have a let’s-do-this mentality;
  • You have a background in hospitality;
  • You're fluent in French (reading, writing and speaking) good knowledge of English and/or Dutch;
