With the continued growth of the concept, YUST Group is on the lookout for a Financial Controller.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

As YUST Group’s Financial Controller you will oversee the financial operations of our Hotel Group. Your responsibilities will include, among others:

Financial Reporting & Analysis

Prepare and manage monthly financial reports for operational companies (OpCos)
Review and validate financial inputs and results from OpCos, acting as a liaison between OpCos and the YUST Group CEO
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets for both OpCos and YUST Group
Provide financial input for quarterly Board of Directors presentations, with a focus on key financial metrics
Support the preparation of financial statements and documentation for the annual audit
Contribute to the financial sections of the annual report and the minutes of the General Assembly
Collaboration & Coordination
Oversee invoice processing and accounting, coordinated through external service providers
Coordinate with external accounting firms to ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping
Provide OpCo financial data and insights for acquisition business pla
Process Improvement & Compliance
Monitor and improve financial processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance
Manage credit applications and oversee the credit portfolio for all (daughter) companies
Strategic Support
Support the CEO and other senior stakeholders with ad hoc financial analyses
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to support decision-making at all levels

GOT THE SKILLS?

You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a Finance, Accounting or related field or have equivalent experience
A first experience as a financial controller
Proficient in financial software and advanced Excell skills
Sociable, a team player and an excellent communicator in Dutch and English (French is a plus) with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
Well-structured and detail-oriented but with a hands-on and no-nonsense mentality
Excellent analytical an organizational ability
Always on the look-out for optimization in workflows and processes
