Sunrise Yoga – with Yogi Power Studio

What’s better than starting the day with some yoga? Well, when you can do it on a rooftop in the sun.

The rooftop sunrise yoga is a weekly Sunday morning activity in collaboration with Yogi Power Studio.

Yogi Power Studio is a space dedicated to yoga, relaxation and well-being. Each activity is designed to allow everyone to take a break and give themselves a moment for themselves… far from the frantic pace that everyday life imposes on us.

You can discover a wide variety of yoga classes such as Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, pre- and post-natal yoga, yoga for athletes etc.

After the yoga session, you get a free detox drink to finish the relaxed morning, or you can join the Sunday brunch in the restaurant.

Important information:
  • Bring your own yoga mat if you have one
  • Showers available on level -1
  • Come 15 minutes before the class starts
  • With bad weather, the yoga session will move to the Freedom
