For YUST Antwerp we’re looking for driven and lively team member to join our team as Rooftop Manager.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE'RE LOOKING FOR? 

As the Rooftop Manager of the YUST Food team, an amazing guest experience lays in your steady hands.

• You’re responsible for recruiting, training & coaching your team
• You’ll manage and fulfil stock orders for the rooftop, and ensure the inventory is counted every month
• You’ll make a monthly schedule for your team with a focus on efficiency, managing payroll
• You'll assist the F&E Manager with the day-to-day running of the rooftop.
• You’ll lead and ensure a smooth daily running of the rooftop

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

• You work well under pressure and have a hands-on mentality
• You have a positive mindset, are approachable and work well in a team
• You’re social, motivated, and flexible
• You’re proactive and you take initiative
• You have 6 months to 1 year of hospitality experience

PERIOD OF EMPLOYMENT: Temporary contract of 4 months (possibility of extension)
