YUST food offers a sharing concept and is part of a growing hospitality concept with a hotel, hostel and co-housing under one roof.

Its restaurant, eppo, offers a simple menu that focuses on seasonal and consciously sourced, quality ingredients.

Expect no-nonsense cooking with a creative take on classic techniques. The menu changes sporadically, as we cook with the seasons and take inspiration from what’s around us.

WHAT DOES THE JOB ENTAIL?

Everything to do with FOOD: mise en place, prep, presentation, organisation... You’ll support the kitchen team in making sure service runs smoothly.

• There's no one who can prep a service quite like you
• You’re practical, clean, and deliver qualitative work, faster than the speed of light
• You work well under pressure and have a hands-on mentality
• You have a positive mindset, are approachable and work well in a team
• Preferably you have experience in a similar food/bar concept
