IT Manager

With the continued growth of the concept, we're on the lookout for an IT manager who will manage all the IT systems and daily technical operations for YUST Group.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE'RE LOOKING FOR? 

As YUST's IT Manager, you’ll report directly to the CTO. You’re the first point of contact when it comes to all IT-related issues, both internally and externally. Other tasks include:

• Maintain and manage our data warehouse
• Maintain and optimise our ecosystem
• Configuration of all operational tools used within the company and support internal teams daily
• Management & configuration of all building-related IT systems, including network, mobile and security
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate (new) systems, policies and procedures

With the opening of each new location, you'll assist in writing and maintaining the IT chapters of the specs book. For every new project/opening you will assist the CTO and local project manager in the successful implementation and configuration of the building's technical infrastructure according to the specs book.

GOT THE SKILLS?

• You have previous experience as IT manager, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• You have some leadership experience and have some experience with the various IT systems within YUST
• You are sociable, a team player and a good communicator (NL, ENG, FR).
• You enjoy a challenge and like to take matters into your own hands
• You have a strong analytical mindset & a pro-active way of working
• You have an innovative mentality and are always on the look our for new trends, technologies and solutions
