With the continued growth of the concept, YUST Group is on the lookout for a technical Project Manager (employed or freelance).

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
As YUST Group’s Project Manager you will be responsible for the coordination of current development projects, and you will take on an advisory role for the acquisition of new projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Project management from A to Z: from design, permit and tender phase to the followup of construction works and delivery of the building while always maintaining a focus on the later YUST exploitation of the building.
• Coordination and supervision of internal and external teams (contractors, suppliers, architects).
• Monitoring of project planning, budget, and quality.
• Key link between design, execution, and interior finishing.
• Advisory role in the acquisition of new projects concerning design, budget and planning.

GOT THE SKILLS?
• You hold a bachelor’s or master's degree in architecture or a related field
• 5 to 10 years’ experience in project management or project coordination
• Proficient in project management tools and software, with advanced Excel skills
• Strong affinity for interior design
• A sociable and team-oriented personality with effective communication abilities in both Dutch and English (French is a plus)
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams A well-organized, structured approach, combined with a practical, no-nonsense mentality
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• A keen eye for optimization in workflows and processes
